Order Processing
All Theatre Kid products are made to order through our print partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times (after production):
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note: these are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by customs delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
Discounts & Free Shipping
We love a good deal as much as a standing ovation, but please note that only one promotion can be applied per order.
Here’s how it works:

Free Shipping: Automatically applies to all U.S. orders over $99 before tax and after discounts.

Discount Codes: You can use one discount code (like
STAGEDOOR10) per order at checkout. -
One Offer Per Order: Discount codes and free shipping cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in a special promotion.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Wrong Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address will require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@theatre-kid.com. While we are not responsible for carrier errors or delays, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Due to Shipping
